I had to get a dental device to help with sleep apnea (couldn't get used to wearing a cpap mask. Dr. Fox and her staff are extremely knowledgeable. Took xrays and molds of my teeth to make sure the device would fit properly. They showed me the different devices available and explained the differences between them I could make the decision as to which on would work best for me. When my device came in the staff made sure I knew the process on how to use the device and how to make the adjustments too it and how to care for it. Overall a great experience! If you have sleep apnea and don't want to be stuck with a cpap machine this is a great alternative option! The device has helped improve my sleep quality a great deal.

I had a great experience with Dr. Fox during the design, fitting, and follow-up appointments for my oral appliance. She was very attentive to my needs and made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the process. Her kindness and professionalism truly set her apart. Dr Hnat was extremely thorough in explaining all aspects of care. He has such a calming demeanor that you immediately relax and focus on what he is explaining. Office staff is so helpful and accommodating While he books far out, he is worth the wait !

Everyone in the Harrisburg, PA PDSM office has been incredible. Every encounter I've had with them - whether via email, phone, or in person - has been flat-out great. Dr. Fox, Bryant, and Abbey have been universally kind, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. I've worn multiple kinds of dental appliances over the years, since I have severe nighttime biting and grinding along with severe sleep apnea. This time around, I did a lot of reading before my first appointment and thought I knew what appliance I wanted. That product turned out to be unavailable (it hasn't been approved in the USA yet), but Abbey and Dr. Fox both went to a lot of trouble to research it for me and to communicate with me every step of the way. Dr. Fox also worked with me to find the right appliance, based on my needs and my hesitations about the materials used in some of them. Bryant explained every part of the process carefully and patiently and helped me adjust to the new appliance. It's been working extremely well for me so far; in fact, the first night I slept with it, I got a better night's sleep than I can remember *ever* getting before that.
